Lignano, Florence and more.

Lignano is a big public park with animals, playgrounds, a place to cook out and a restaurant  called the 3 owls that Adriano's brother and sister in law own. They live above the restaurant and have a little boy named Elia..Lana is his nanny. 

Here is Ross and Elia with their BEN 10 watches. I had not heard of BEN 10 until Italy... but its supposedly this kid named ben that uses his watch to fight off monsters....? Anyway, little boys love it and have these gigantic watches on their arms. 

So at Lignano they have kind of like a petting zoo with deer, ducks and other things. but these bad babies are wild.

You can never get enough pictures of the Duomo....and plus when you walk by and theres 1000 people taking a picture..it seems that you should too.

My favorite gelato stand in italy... Perche no =Why not?

Ponte Vecchio... another fav area in Florence.  The jersey shores pizza shop is somewhere by ponte vecchio... but it was getting hot and we didn't feel like creepin so we didn't find it..

Florence would not be complete without gypsy ladies......

Ross does this daily... along with all little boys in Italy... Amanda was saying how public restrooms are hard to find in italy..so this is common.

This weekend is the Palio... which is horse races. They have closed off a lot of the town to set up... so I think it may be fun..it gets on Amanda's nerves because its such a big deal.. she says they do a lot of false starts and drag it out.. but they pay jockeys to come in and race horses and people come from all over.. 

We have been eating a ton of really good cantaloupe....and I have learned how to properly cut a cantaloupe... I always just cut.. but there is an easier way....haha.

Last night I got ready to go out.. went out to the car.. and couldn't find the keys... and I didn't wanna wake Amanda up so I just went to sleep. Thursday was the Gardens birthday.. so it was fun going out that night. 

We are going to Santa Chiara tonight for dinner...and thats always good!
